In this interactive session, you’ll get an honest look at the founder journey, with lessons and best practices from founders who’ve walked the same path, and practical tools to stay resilient through the different stages of growth. 

There will also be room to connect with other founders, exchange experiences, and take a real moment to check in with your own situation. Whether it’s dealing with tough decisions, maintaining a positive growth mindset, or simply handling everything on your plate.

About this circles launch:

Since speaking up and connecting with fellow founders is a key step in growing resilience we are initiating a Founder Circle for the Dotslash and ROM Utrecht community, after this event starting in February.  

We kickstart the program with the workshop Introduction to Founder Resilience to raise awareness and spark initial realizations. The Founder Circles bring together founders ready to go deeper. They open up about real challenges, hold each other accountable, and grow together in a trusted, curated environment. Founders from the community will meet to share experiences and speak up about the challenges we face and connect with each other.
