3 tips on maintaining your sense of purpose

If there’s one thing we noticed about resilient founders who keep pushing forward no matter what challenges they face: it’s their high sense of purpose.

On the other hand, we’ve seen that founders who drift further away from their sense of purpose struggle more to remain resilient and motivated. When your “why” gets faded, it’s harder to bounce back, inspire your team, or push through the tough times.

Here’s 3 tips how

Reflect on your purpose

Check-in with yourself (and your team). Take a step back and revisit the core problem you set out to solve. Whether you are on the right path, the progress and changes to make. What actions are driving towards this purpose, how do your daily activities line-up towards your purpose?

  • Create a mental (or literal) picture of the long-term impact of your work. This helps you stay inspired even during challenging periods. Define your purpose in one clear sentence. Display it somewhere visible, in your office, desktop, or even your phone background.

Reinforce your purpose through regular reflection and reminders. Repetition helps embed your purpose into your daily mindset, keeping it front and center as you navigate challenges and opportunities.
