Personal effectiveness

Time is probably your most valuable asset! How you manage it can make the difference between thriving, surviving or even burning out.

We’ve discovered that many successful founders have consciously or unconsciously developed habits that allow them to make the most of their time, energy, and focus. By adopting intentional habits, setting clear goals, and maintaining a healthy routine, founders maximize their impact and keep focus on what truly matters for their growth and success

“If you do not structure your day, your company will end-up structuring it for you”Sander Peltenburg

Many founders will have heard that it is necesarry to focus, but this can be quite hard with many new things coming your way. Every new team member will increase communication complexity and every new customer will need attention. Check in on yourselve with the following questions to check your effectiveness:

  • Do you manage to get done what you like or need to get done?
  • Do you set clear priorities a day and week / month also for yourself personally?
  • Are you satisfied after a working day?
  • Do you consciously work on you effectivity?
  • Do you do many tasks you feel you’d rather say no to?

There are many myths about an effective personal routine. Don’t worry we won’t tell you to take a cold shower in the morning (altough if you want to feel free to do it). It is more about creating a calm rythm for yourselve to perform effectively. Are you best at creative work in the morning? Blok creative work in the morning. Want to excercise three times a week?
