The organization
RSLNC Inc. is the company behind the methodology, the coaches, the programs and the Founder Resilience Scan. It is the thing that keeps the research honest and the format consistent.
Two experienced founders built at scale and kept running into the same missing thing. A place where founders could be honest and help each other grow. RSLNC Inc. is what that grew into. Our mission: raise awareness about founder resilience. Share what works, from founders who have done it and experts who study it. Give founders practical tools to stay mentally strong, keep growing, and build a company that lasts. Resilience is not endurance. It is the mindset and the support around you that let you keep going.

Wouter de Bruijne scaled ParkBee to 100+ FTE across five countries. By year six the company had grown, and he felt he had not. A sentence he couldn't say out loud in any of the rooms he was already in.
Sander Peltenburg built De Krekerij from a food idea into a production company during Corona. Having had many highs and lows he had to finally make the decision with his team to end the company. Different sector, different scale, same discovery: investors want confidence, teams want direction, families want the founder to be present and none of that leaves room for the actual thing.
They started asking around. Three years and 200+ interviews later, the pattern held: experienced founders described the role as structurally isolating, and carried stress they never took home.
The research became a method. Real conversations, structured around the eight areas that shape founder resilience.
Work on those eight areas and the hard weeks get easier to carry. The Founder Resilience Scan is where most founders start. It walks you through all eight and shows you where you stand.
Work on founder resilience with us and other co-founders.

The Resilient Founders Network is the community. Resilient Founders show up for each other in the circles, on Resilient Founder Day, and in the coaching room. RSLNC Inc. builds the format. The Network is the people in it.
No investors, boards or reporting lines in the room. The room belongs to the founders.
Nothing said in a circle or a coaching session travels anywhere else.
Founders speak to founders. Our coaches have built companies themselves.
The format is built on 200+ interviews and clinical grounding, not on trends.
We would rather say the harder true thing than the easier acceptable one.
Circles are built to survive a bad quarter, not to peak in a launch week.
RSLNC Inc. is a small team by design. The people you meet are the people who do the work. See the full coaching bench on the coaching page.
